This site introduces Passmantle and offers an optional email waitlist. Joining does not create a game account, buy a pass or reserve a paid service.
1. Scope and eligibility
These terms cover the public Passmantle website and waitlist. The website is intended for people aged 13 and older. If you are under the age at which you can agree to these terms on your own where you live, use it with a parent or guardian's permission.
Battle pass previews, themes and descriptions show a product in development. Launch timing, features, availability and any future pricing may change. A waitlist signup does not guarantee access, rewards, a launch date or a particular feature.
2. Waitlist and privacy
Use an email address you control. When you choose to join, you ask us to send Passmantle launch and product updates. You can withdraw through our privacy request form. Our Privacy Policy explains collection, storage, retention and your choices.
The waitlist is free. The website does not accept payment or offer a paid subscription. Any future app or paid service will explain its applicable terms before you use or purchase it.
3. Responsible use
Do not submit other people's email addresses without permission, send spam, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use forms to submit unlawful or harmful content. We may reject abusive submissions and apply request limits to protect the service.
4. Website content
Passmantle's branding, artwork and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view the site and share links to it. These terms do not give you ownership of the branding or permission to imply endorsement. Any rights you have under applicable law remain available.
5. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and available, but it may be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent allowed by law, it is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted service, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Links to other providers are governed by those providers' own terms and privacy practices.
